In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "b9gmae", "we", "us", or "our" refers to the b9gmae platform and its operating entity, accessible at https://b9gmae.org.
• "You" or "User" refers to any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the b9gmae platform in any capacity.
• "Account" means the registered user account created by you on b9gmae, associated with a unique username and password.

b9gmae reserves the right to update or amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered users via the contact details held on their account. Continued use of the platform after such notification constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

To be eligible to register and use b9gmae, you must:

• Be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the platform.
• Be a natural person with full legal capacity to enter into binding agreements.
• Not be a resident of any jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by applicable law and where b9gmae does not hold a valid operating licence for that territory.
• Not have been previously excluded or suspended from b9gmae or affiliated platforms.

• Maintain only one registered account on b9gmae. Duplicate accounts are prohibited and may result in all accounts being suspended.

b9gmae reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time, including government-issued photo identification (such as a Pakistani CNIC or passport), proof of residential address, and source of funds documentation. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension or closure.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your b9gmae login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. b9gmae will never contact you to request your password. Any activity conducted through your account is deemed to have been carried out by you and is your sole responsibility.

If you suspect that your b9gmae account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact b9gmae customer support immediately via the 24/7 live chat facility available within your account. b9gmae will take reasonable steps to investigate and, where appropriate, secure your account.

You may request the closure of your b9gmae account at any time by contacting customer support. Account closure requests submitted for responsible gaming reasons (self-exclusion) will be processed immediately and with priority. Standard account closures will be processed within 5 business days. Any remaining PKR balance above the minimum withdrawal threshold will be returned to your verified Pakistani payment method.

An account is considered inactive if no login or real money transaction has occurred for a continuous period of 12 months. b9gmae reserves the right to apply a monthly inactivity maintenance fee to dormant accounts as notified in the applicable fee schedule. You will be notified before any inactivity fee is applied.

b9gmae accepts deposits in PKR via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, and Visa/Mastercard. Minimum and maximum deposit limits are displayed at the point of transaction and may vary by payment method. All deposits are credited to your b9gmae account balance in PKR. b9gmae does not charge a fee for standard deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.

Withdrawals are processed exclusively to Pakistani payment methods registered to the same account holder. b9gmae requires full KYC verification before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawal requests from verified accounts are typically processed within the same business day. b9gmae reserves the right to conduct additional checks on withdrawals that trigger internal risk or compliance thresholds.

b9gmae employs automated and manual fraud detection systems. Any deposit made using a payment method not registered to the account holder, or any withdrawal request that cannot be matched to a verified Pakistani identity, may be frozen pending investigation. b9gmae cooperates with payment processors and, where required, with Pakistani financial authorities in connection with suspected fraudulent transactions.

b9gmae offers bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and other promotional incentives to registered players from time to time. All promotions are subject to these general bonus terms as well as any specific conditions published alongside the individual offer.

• All bonus offers are available to Pakistani players aged 21 or above who hold a verified b9gmae account in good standing.
• Only one bonus may be active in your account at any given time. Bonus stacking is not permitted.
• Bonus funds carry wagering requirements that must be satisfied in full before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are expressed as a multiplier (e.g., 30x) of the bonus amount or the combined bonus and deposit amount, as specified in the individual offer.

Game outcomes are mathematically random and independently audited. b9gmae does not manipulate game outcomes in favour of the platform or any individual player.

In the event of a technical fault, game disconnection, or system error during a gaming session, b9gmae will make reasonable efforts to reconstruct the game state from server logs. Where a round cannot be completed or the outcome cannot be determined, the wager amount will be returned to your account balance. b9gmae's decision in such matters is final, subject to the formal disputes process.

Sports betting odds are set by b9gmae and may change prior to an event commencing. Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time the bet is confirmed. b9gmae reserves the right to void bets placed at odds that were clearly published in error (palpable errors). In-play bets are accepted subject to live odds availability and network latency. b9gmae bears no responsibility for bets not placed due to connectivity issues on the user's end.

For PSL and other cricket betting markets, settlement is based on official match results as declared by the relevant governing body (PCB, ICC). b9gmae will settle PSL markets promptly upon official result confirmation.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on b9gmae and constitutes a material breach of these Terms:

• Registering more than one account, or registering an account on behalf of another person without their knowledge and consent.
• Providing false, incomplete, or misleading personal information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using automated scripts, bots, or any software designed to gain an unfair advantage in games or betting markets.
• Engaging in collusion with other players to manipulate game outcomes or exploit promotional mechanics.
• Attempting to exploit software bugs, game glitches, or pricing errors to generate illegitimate winnings.
• Using the b9gmae platform for any purpose connected to money laundering, fraud, or other criminal activities.
• Any conduct that b9gmae reasonably determines to be abusive, threatening, or harmful toward customer support staff or other platform users.

Where prohibited conduct is identified, b9gmae reserves the right to suspend or permanently close the offending account, void any bets or game rounds associated with the prohibited activity, withhold or recover any funds directly connected to the breach, and where legally required, report the matter to relevant Pakistani or international authorities.

All content on the b9gmae platform — including but not limited to the b9gmae brand name, logo, website design, game interfaces, graphics, text, software, and promotional materials — is the property of b9gmae or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property law.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the b9gmae platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, or create derivative works from any b9gmae content without prior written consent.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, b9gmae, its directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or loss of opportunity.

b9gmae's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total value of funds held in your b9gmae account at the time the claim arises. Nothing in these Terms limits b9gmae's liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

b9gmae provides the platform on an "as available" basis and does not warrant that access will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from technical faults. Scheduled and emergency maintenance may temporarily affect platform availability. b9gmae will make reasonable efforts to notify users of planned maintenance in advance.

b9gmae collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms and Conditions. By registering on b9gmae, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy, including data necessary to operate your account, process PKR transactions via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, and Pakistani banks, fulfil KYC obligations, and comply with applicable anti-money laundering regulations.
